In this permanent, direct-hire opportunity, you’ll contribute inside a new, state-of-the-art facility where precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement are the norm. Your impact You’ll elevate how parts are programmed and how work moves—from first article to steady-state production—so teams across production, quality, design, and operations can deliver reliably, faster. Open tracks CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer Core requirement: Advanced Mastercam programming capability. Create CNC programs and optimized tool paths for complex geometries Provide hands-on support to fine-tune machining performance Work with production, quality, and design to improve manufacturability Lead improvements in cycle time, tooling strategies, and process robustness Process Engineer Core requirement: Significant ERP experience, ideally owning or building manufacturing workflows.
