About The Position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr here at Honeywell, you will lead efforts to optimize advanced manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence. You will develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. You will report directly to one of our Engineering Managers and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a 100% onsite work schedule. In this role, you will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing processes.  You will determine equipment and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification for both existing and new processes.  You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.  Support daily production activities and drive producibility projects to increase capacity through yield and cycle time improvements. You will determine technologies needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification, for improving existing and introducing new processes/product technologies.  You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.  Assist in the development, integration, and own production implementation of both new equipment and/or process optimizations to increase capacity and yield.  Support daily production activities and drive producibility and yield improvement projects in a challenging environment.
