About The Position

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers. Join a team that applies its technical expertise and knowledge to ensure products are produced with high quality and efficiency. You will be the technical lead with responsibility for product and process application supporting multiple Defense programs. You will ensure product integrity, manufacturing output, and continuous improvements working with factory operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience
