About The Position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market by leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.

Nice To Haves

• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
