About The Position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr/Aerospace Program Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager onsite in Tucson and you’ll work 100% onsite out of our Tucson, AZ facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineering or technical role
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
• Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
• Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
• Manage requests for continuous improvement, yield improvements, design changes, and manage obsolescence cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Ops, Procurement, and Sourcing, to ensure supply chain continuity into the factory
• Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
