About The Position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies that enhance productivity and improve product quality. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market by leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Some experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
