The Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades (AMST) plays a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on workforce training that builds the Midlands' next generation of skilled professionals. This position supports the daily operations of AMST non-credit training programs - coordinating classes, managing program logistics, and ensuring every student and community partner has an outstanding experience. The Program Manager works closely with instructors, employers, and students to keep programs running smoothly from start to finish. This includes assisting with scheduling, maintaining inventory and equipment, managing scholarships, and tracking student progress throughout training and into employment. The PM also collects and analyzes data to evaluate program outcomes and supports continuous improvement across the division. If you're organized, student-focused, and enjoy seeing real results from your work, this is a chance to make a direct impact in one of the most in-demand areas of our regional economy while being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that believes in accountability, innovation, and customer success. This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus.
