Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including some travel (various shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
  • 21+ years of age
  • 4-year degree
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, & leadership principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, & conflict resolution skills
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined

Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Track and optimize vehicle fleet movements based on demand forecasting; deliver exceptional customer assistance and coordinate seamless roadside support.
  • Revenue Management: Leverage data analytics to predict customer demand, dynamically adjust pricing strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Vehicle Maintenance, Repair & Remarketing: Conduct thorough damage assessments, manage vendor partnerships for repairs, and prepare vehicles for high-value remarketing.
  • Operations & Asset Control: Elevate the customer experience through frontline transactions; expertly upsell products and services to boost sales; perform professional vehicle detailing; resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency; and oversee inventory controls and asset management processes.
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Source top talent, review applications, and represent the company at campus events and career fairs to build our future team.
  • Administration & Human Resources: Partner with executives on strategic initiatives while supporting key departments, including HR, accounting, claims, fleet management, and training & development.
