Job Summary As the Advanced Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. The expected pay range is $20.00 - $32.88. Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in electrical, HVAC/R, or other trades
Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks
Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Responsibilities

Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired
Provide leadership and direction to other maintenance techs.
Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior.
Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business
Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities
Other duties as assigned
