The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). The Original Equipment Test Defects Reduction Project Lead will drive initiatives to improve new make testing processes and reduce defects in alignment with GE Aerospace's SQDC priorities-Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost-and FLIGHT DECK standards. This role will focus on achieving measurable improvements in test defect reduction rate, first-pass yield of engine tests, reducing customer escapes, and improving root cause resolution time, ensuring compliance with GE Aerospace quality metrics and lean operating principles.
