MPOWERHealth is seeking an IOM Technologist to join our team. Under the supervision of the Territory Manager, the IOM Technologist is responsible for conducting preoperative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-operative reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of neurophysiology and the ability to interpret data in real-time. The position involves thorough patient evaluations, equipment setup and calibration, continuous monitoring during surgical procedures, data analysis, documentation of monitoring activities, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the IOM Technologist will engage in professional development to stay updated on advancements in neuromonitoring.
