This is a remote position for incumbents who reside in Florida only, may work at home. Occasionally, certain situations may require work to be performed on-site at a designated Lee Health location, such as for training or HR-related matters. The Advanced Integration Analyst/Developer for Epic Bridges plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting data integration solutions that enable seamless communication between Epic and other systems. This position involves analyzing workflows, developing and maintaining interfaces, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency. The Advanced Integration Analyst/Developer is responsible for maintenance and support of assigned system integrations within the organization such as HL7, batch extracts, API, etc. Responsible for application development as assigned to support new technologies/programs or enhance existing technologies. Serves as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develops test scripts, conducts testing, supports upgrades and project go lives. Additionally, the Advanced Integration Analyst/Developer utilizes advanced application & analytical skills to design, program and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
