About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Gastroenterologist to join an established Gastroenterology group located in Waxahachie, Texas. The office is located at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Waxahachie. The work setting is a mix of Inpatient and Outpatient with designated procedure and clinic time. The role involves providing expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions. The gastroenterologist will perform advanced endoscopic procedures such as ERCP, EUS, and EMR.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Currently board certified or board eligible as defined by the appropriate specialty board.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy or equivalent advanced gastroenterology specialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology.
• Manage complex gastrointestinal conditions.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions.
• Perform advanced endoscopic procedures such as ERCP, EUS, and EMR.
