The physician will be working closely with GI fellows in providing inpatient and outpatient services in both hospital and outpatient office settings. Provides expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions. The Physician will be affiliated with all Acute Care Facilities and will take limited call coverage.

Requirements

  • M.D. from an accredited medical school
  • current board certification in gastroenterology with additional training in advanced endoscopic
  • NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
  • appropriate academic qualifications for appointment
  • experience in developing and leading clinical programs
  • a record of innovative and effective administrative experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • a demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse work environment
  • BC– Gastroenterology at the start of employment
  • Advanced Endoscopy skills including ERCP, EUS Required

Responsibilities

  • Provides expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.
