Basic Background requirements are: Successfully Interview with relevant hiring team Successfully pass pre-employment drug test Electronics degree or equivalent experience required Key Performance Objectives Include: Week 1 : - Complete required HR, Safety, Quality and Benefits Orientation - Complete IPC 610/J-STD-001 Training and pass post training assessment Week 2 -6 months - Complete basic & advanced hand solder training and pass post training assessment - Complete 7711 Certification and pass post training assessment - Learn to operate the Rework Smart Station - Learn and comply with: Paperless Work Instruction Documentation System, ESD Requirements, Kronos Timekeeping, Standard Operation Procedures, and where necessary - SAP defect recording and 4.0 applications - Begin On-The-Job-Training with assigned trainer; Listen and follow instructions - Go through the Meter Reading and understanding Schematics course offered. - Go Through X-ray Training - Participate in 45 day review process - Complete Yellowbelt Training and required project 6 months + - Complete cross training with 1-2 Advanced FA Technicians - Participate in 6 month and one year review process - Learn to perform BGA removal and replacement - Complete 7721 Certification and pass post training assessment - Complete expert hand solder training and pass post training assessment Other/ongoing expectations: - Keep personal data up to date and accurate in ESS - Follow all handbook practices - Maintain attendance record with less than 2% absenteeism rate - Work effectively as a team with other members of the line/group - Able to train onboarding technicians and help delegate needs of the department Don’t meet every single requirement?
