This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the Reagents Manufacturing Team located in Hebron, KY and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Serve as Lead over a team of other maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• Associates degree required-or equivalent amount of education or experience
• 6+Years experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to be utilized for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer electrical certification
• Experience with PLCs and automation systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of staff as well as assign, direct, schedule & monitor duties.
• Performs inspections of facilities and ensures appropriate work methods are utilized.
• Participate in preparation and administration of site maintenance budget; submit recommendations and assist with monitor of expenditures.
• Perform the Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of varied electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. This includes repair and rebuilding mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, follow all written procedures and standard work.
• Utilize existing Computerized Maintenance Management System to document all activities, parts used, etc.
