About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: High speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs, Advanced memory devices and storage protocols, Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• High speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs.
• Experience with advanced memory devices and storage protocols.
• Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC).
• Understanding of hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project.
• Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques.
• Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry and constraint manager.
• Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas.

Responsibilities
