About The Position

As an advanced electrical engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, integration, and test. Our customers approach us to solve their most demanding problems, and most of our projects require a considerable amount of creative thinking and a willingness to develop new solutions and take measured risks. As an engineer on our team, you would have the opportunity to gain broad electrical design experience and gain mentorship from others with decades of background in multiple technical disciplines. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these skills or experiences: Experience designing high-density electronic assemblies Integrating optics and optoelectronics with digital electronics Interfacing with photoreceivers, ADCs, and DACs Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis, including Hyperlynx (PI and SI) and LTSpice

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
• Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics
• Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
• Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
• Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
