Advanced Electrical Engineer - EMC Design
About The Position
As an Advanced Electrical Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. As part of a cross-functional team, you will use your technical experience in the domains of electrical design and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) to develop robust mission critical systems that meet customer and performance requirements. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components with a focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of electronic products meet EMC requirements (mechanical packaging, electrical design, board layout, interconnect/grounding strategies, signal integrity, etc.)
- Perform EMC analysis to aid electrical and mechanical designers to meet or exceed EMC requirements and resolve issues as needed
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EMC design processes and efficiency
- Support EMC Qualification Test campaigns and root-cause investigations
