Job Description: The HPE Networking team is currently recruiting for a Digital Experience Product Manager role. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who wants to be a part of a fast-paced and challenging environment. Our ideal candidate will develop and execute the roadmap for building out the digital experience for Networking Support and Services. Additionally, this individual will drive the broad adoption of the portals and platforms delivering support and services. This position reports into the HPE Networking Customer Success & Experience Design Organization and requires a person with in-depth understanding of cloud services, AI, strong system level analysis and product management skills. In addition to the above, he/she/they must be an exceptional communicator and will need to work with stakeholders across organizations to understand the current state of affairs and will work with the Engineering team to come up with proposals for a future state function, that would significantly enhance the Networking customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of product management experience within Aruba Networking
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
  • Proficient understanding of product development.
  • Proficient business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of the end to end and operational roadmap for one or more products.
  • Collaborates closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).
  • Define E2E workflows, write compelling EPICs and user stories, define quality metrics, and work on complex design problems requiring in-depth analysis and solution.
  • Analyze market trends and synthesize them into concrete functional requirements.
  • Drives operational and financial progress against targets across product value chain partners to ensure products can meet performance objectives.
