About The Position

Children's Dental Services (CDS) is an independent, non-profit agency dedicated to improving the oral health of children from families with low incomes by providing accessible treatment and education in our diverse community since 1919. CDS provides care to children up to 26, pregnant women and family members of all ages. This position offers the opportunity to work in an exciting and diverse environment, providing care to children, pregnant women and people of all ages in accordance with Collaborative Management Agreement.

Requirements

• Masters Degree allowing licensure as Advanced Dental Therapist.
• Pediatric dental and public health experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provision of basic general dentistry services within the scope of Collaborative Management Agreement.
• Work cooperatively with the dental team.
• Accurately record all procedures and pertinent information in patient record.
• Provide individualized and culturally targeted care to each patient.
