Requirements

Active Advanced Dental Therapist license in the state of Minnesota (required and in good standing)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
Commitment to access-to-care and health equity initiatives
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

Experience in a private practice or community dental setting preferred

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and restorative dental care within the Minnesota scope of practice for an Advanced Dental Therapist
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a supervising dentist
Deliver patient-centered education and promote oral health best practices
Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
Support a positive team culture through communication, professionalism, and collaboration
Participate in practice growth efforts and community outreach initiatives
