About The Position

As an Advanced Data Scientist, you will join a high-performing global team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated data-driven solutions across all business groups and functions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and application architects to integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into operational platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including prototyping and deploying models in commercial environments
• Proven expertise in machine learning techniques and algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
• Strong experience with distributed storage and compute tools (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy production-grade ML pipelines using containerized microservices and orchestrated batch runs

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and deployment of innovative AI/ML models and solutions that deliver measurable business impact and enable new growth opportunities
• Recommend and implement advanced data science methodologies, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling, while defining robust data acquisition strategies
• Actively contribute to shaping enterprise analytics strategy, building out AI/ML capabilities for the platform, and promoting best practices across global functions
• Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, guiding teams on model design, architecture, and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions
