As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics to enhance the performance and efficiency of our Building Automation systems. Your expertise will drive data-driven insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. You will report directly to our Sr. Director Data Program Management and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our Building Automation solutions by framing, reviewing and implementing data governance policies, as well as updating, curating, and maintaining high-quality master data for Products and Customers.

  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive improvements in Building Automation performance.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and governance policies for Product master data, product taxonomy and associated digital assets.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and governance policies for Customer master data and associated attributes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics models to optimize building operations and energy management.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the building automation space or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining data models for production usage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others.
  • Experience in master data analytics or related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling).
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
