As an Advanced CNC Technician , you'll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality components tailored to client needs. What Your Role Encompasses: Taking on the responsibility of setting up and manipulating CNC machines to deliver components precisely as outlined in specifications. Expertly translating complex blueprints and orders into seamless execution. Ensuring consistent operational checks for sustaining quality output. Overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting aspects of essential CNC machinery. Working collaboratively to push production efficiency to new levels. Inputting and assessing data related to production and machine operation.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or GED; further educational credentials in machining are advantageous.
- Established expertise as a CNC Machinist in previous roles.
- Comprehensive grasp of CNC programming dynamics.
- Adept at understanding and applying technical plans.
- Hands-on familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality benchmarks.
- Proficient problem solver with a vigilant focus on detail.
- Able to efficiently manage tasks independently or collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Willing to engage in flexible hours, including potential overtime to meet goals.
- Expert Level Troubleshooting
- Comprehensive Knowledge of CNC Tooling
- Proficient in Machine Repair
- Preparation of Production Machine Setups
- Solving CNC Machine Related Problems
- Proficiency in Manual Machining Techniques
- Repairing and Setting Up Tool/Die/Mold Apparatus
