About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate CNC and other computerized steel processing machines. This role offers growth opportunities, including advancement to CNC programming. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while supporting team goals.

Requirements

• Experience using manual, CNC, and measuring tools to machine parts from various materials
• Basic product knowledge and CNC programming/editing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of variables with limited standardization
• Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines to perform complex machining tasks
• Perform inspection of machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Support valve assembly, disassembly, and automation tasks as needed
• Apply advanced basic math skills to machine operations
• Follow written and verbal instructions effectively
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
