About The Position

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for a permanent opportunity in Lake City, Florida. The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist focuses on critical care and plays a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license for the position you are applying for.
• Current Florida Pharmacist license required.
• BS or PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Open to new graduate pharmacists with active Florida licensure.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of clinical resources used to maintain up-to-date clinical practice.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital experience or residency completion preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical pharmacy services with a focus on critical care.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs.
• Ensure clinical services meet the needs of the patient population and community.
• Utilize current clinical resources to remain up to date on best practices and evidence-based care.
• Provide medication management and clinical consult support to healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and collaboration.
