Working as an integral team member in lowering overall billing cycles times and increasing collections, the Advanced Billing Associate will prepare a minimum of 150+ basic Firm Fixed Price (FF)/Time & Material (TM) and commercial invoices per month, completing them accurately and compliantly in support of revenue, EBIT and cash goals. You’ll be expected to follow all billing policies and procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits as well as track and maintain billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations What you’ll experience: Technologies that aren’t just top-notch, they’re often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what’s next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it’s discovered

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes and practices
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of accounting software applications such as MS Excel, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFAR, DCAA, DCMA, DoD, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act preferred

Responsibilities
