About The Position

As an Aesthetician, you curate moments of renewal that transcend the ordinary. Through thoughtful collaboration and impeccable attention to detail, you help uphold the elevated standards and seamless flow of the Spa & Salon.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience as an aesthetician in a spa or salon environment and guest service experience
• Must currently hold a Nevada issued Aesthetician license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Skilled in body waxing techniques is preferred
• Possess a valid Nevada issued Advanced Aesthetician license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup application per treatment and department protocols
• Evaluate guest needs and skin type to tailor treatments and services
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
