About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is offering an exciting opportunity through their Advance Through Nursing School Program, providing up to $15,000 in financial assistance to support your nursing career. This program is designed for individuals currently in nursing school or planning to start soon, offering a way to earn income now and receive help paying for education. Participants will start working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and become eligible for tuition assistance after 90 days of employment. After graduation, individuals will transition into a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role, complete a paid 5-week Nurse Residency Program, and commit to a 2-year employment agreement as a nurse. The program offers up to $15,000 in total support, including $5,000 while in school and $10,000 toward loan repayment after graduation, along with hands-on healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Currently in nursing school or planning to start soon
• Meet the 90-day employment requirement before graduation (if graduating soon)

Responsibilities

• Start working as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per month while in nursing school
• Transition into a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role after graduation
• Complete the PAID Nurse Residency Program after graduation
• Commit to a 2-year employment agreement as a nurse
