About The Position

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate and committed Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Acute Rehab team in St. Joseph. In this role, you will help patients regain independence and enhance their quality of life within our 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit. You’ll collaborate closely with our therapy team, case manager, clinical liaisons, unit director, program director, and IRF-PAI coordinator—each dedicated to supporting your success and delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements

Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree
Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate plan of care, modifying as indicated
Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and members of the health care team
Successful completion of a CNS or APRN master’s degree in a nursing program in the specialty area or must demonstrate successful completion of a formal post-graduate track or accredited program (within the specialty area) within a school of nursing granted graduate-level academic credit (e.g. graduate, non-matriculating program)
Licensed in state of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Must be currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying body acceptable to the Missouri or Kansas State Board of Nursing as well as hold and maintain a current Document of Recognition
