Requirements

• Master’s-prepared NP or PA with Missouri license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside neurosurgeons and APPs in the OR, hospital, and clinic.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care.
• Take first-call responsibility (7–10 days/month) with neurosurgeon backup.
