About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in Nashua, NH. Collegial practice with solid APP support W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization 36 Patient Hours/4 admin hours per week Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital Convenient Southern NH/MA Border Location, minutes to the mountains or ocean Full Traditional Benefits include BCBS Health, Delta Dental, STD/LTD, and Malpractice Generous Paid Time off, CME days and Allowance, competitive base salary and 457(f) deferred savings program
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing
- 2+ years of Family Medicine experience
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
