About The Position

Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings. NP or PA, seeing 6-8 patients per day, managing the complex chronic conditions as the PCP of patients on your own panel. Requirements

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification

Nice To Haves

• Geriatric training/experience preferred
