Requirements

High school diploma (though an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred)
One year of experience in this or a related area
Licensed insurance agent or have the ability to acquire the necessary licenses
Enjoy working with people and helping them select from a range of services and merchandise
Basic office and computer skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
