About The Position

Drive digital transformation through legal technology implementation, vendor management, compliance oversight and knowledge sharing. Ensure technology investments deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years’ experience in legal tech implementation and management.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise, required
  • Compliance and risk management experience, required
  • Familiarity with CLM, eBilling, DMS and workflow automation.
  • Working knowledge of Project/Program management and change management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary to communicate with all levels of management
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work professionally with all levels of the organization and build collaborative working relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or certifications in Legal Tech, PMP and/or Info Governance, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee legal tech solutions (Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), eBilling, Document Management System (DMS)). Collaborate with IT and Finance to align tech with business goals
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract and terms
  • Coordinate large initiatives and change management efforts
  • Develop stakeholder communication plans
  • Build and maintain a knowledge management system and provide training for tech adoption
  • Maintain templates and best practices repository
  • Document current delivery models and identify outsourcing opportunities
  • Develop compliance programs and policies for tech use
  • Collaborate with IT to manage privacy, data protection and governance risk for the legal department
  • Support audits, regulatory filings, and investigations
  • Perform other duties as required
