About The Position

The Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP) at Pfizer is responsible for promoting a Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels. This role involves regular customer engagement both in-person and virtually, launching new products, managing business relationships, and ensuring formulary access. The HSP will drive sales efforts and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders, while utilizing strong sales and strategic business development skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, marketing, customer service, or relevant healthcare roles; or an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience.
• Strong track record of sales or marketing success.
• Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products.
• Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
• Engage with customers both face to face and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans.
• Identify and implement live/virtual engagement strategies with customers.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments.
• Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities.
• Utilize product and disease state knowledge to assist customers.
• Demonstrate market knowledge to uncover barriers and drivers across business channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to address customer inquiries.
• Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
