About The Position
Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to lead clinical operations across our Adult Services programs. This is a high-impact leadership role for a skilled RN who is passionate about quality care, team development, and driving strong clinical outcomes in a person-centered environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- 5+ years of nursing experience, including leadership of clinical teams
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and the Healthcare Coordinator
- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centered nursing care across programs
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives
- Oversee medication administration practices and specialized clinical procedures
- Partner with program leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals
- Manage nursing operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, building a strong, accountable, and engaged team
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support 24/7 clinical coverage
