About The Position

The Adult Services Director of Day Services oversees the daily operations of Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment programs. This leadership role ensures high-quality service delivery, program development, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Director collaborates with families, government agencies, and community partners to advocate for individuals’ rights and enhance program outcomes. Pay: $30/Hr Sign-on Bonus: $2500

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management leadership in a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day services programs, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Manage fiscal operations, contract administration, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families at organizational and state levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, funding sources, and community partners.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA standards.
• Participate in incident review processes and maintain required certifications and trainings.
• Complete on-call responsibilities as assigned.
