Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA
• Experience in both medication management and therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient clinical work
• Engage in both medication management and therapy
