Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with mid-levels for additional compensation (optional).
• Work in a collegial environment with full administrative support.
