About The Position
We are seeking an Adult Residential Program Coordinator to become a part of our team! This position involves managing the clinical and administrative operations of the home, ensuring that residential staffing meets DDS regulatory requirements, and overseeing physical plan concerns of the home. The coordinator will assign responsibilities to each shift of Residential Adult ABA Counselors for habilitative services and activities. This role may involve supervising up to 15 staff members. Melmark New England Adult services serves adults with autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injury, neurological diseases and disorders, comorbid mental health disorders, and severe needs.
