Adult Outpatient Therapist
About The Position

Do you have a passion to work in an outpatient clinical setting serving clientele with a diverse presentation of mental health diagnosis and environmental challenges? Do you have experience or expertise with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused therapies, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, other Cognitive Behavior Therapies? You will report directly to the Program Manager of our Adult Outpatient Services team. Requirements
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
- Experience working with adults
- Within 12 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
- Collaborative, and client centered experience
- Experience using crisis management skills and operate from a Trauma Informed perspective
