Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field.
Minimum of two years providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required.
Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of clients.
Help develop and work will all members of the treatment plan team as often as needed.
Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting.
Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients.
Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed.
Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor.
Accurately complete all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner.
