About The Position

At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This role is based in the new Capitol Gateway location and is part of the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program. It is a full-time, salaried, and fully benefitted position responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, facilitating therapeutic groups, providing individual therapy, and discharge planning. The role emphasizes group therapy, curriculum development, and ongoing reassessment to ensure appropriate level of care/medical necessity for IOP level of care. Additionally, the position offers in-house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually, and Education Funding of $1000 annually.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
  • License in the State of Practice as one of the following: LPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Responsibilities
