About The Position
BAYADA is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and Nursing Students to provide one-on-one care for adult clients in their homes. The company offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, including days, overnights, and weekends, across various Montgomery County locations such as Collegeville, Lansdale, Norristown, North Wales, Plymouth Meeting, Lafayette Hill, and Royersford, PA. BAYADA provides a training program for those without prior experience. Requirements
- HHA’s Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency
- CNAs – current or expired CNA license from any state
- Nursing Students – completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation
Responsibilities
- Assist our clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of Motion exercises
- Ambulation
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
