About The Position

The Adult Education Part-time Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Biddeford Adult Education Program by managing administrative tasks and assisting a diverse population of adult learners. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or HiSET equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Assist students with registration, enrollment, and inquiries regarding program requirements and services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student attendance, progress, and program outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related questions, distributing information via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Support staff and students with online tools and platforms used for virtual learning and communication.
  • Work closely with program staff, instructors, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
