The AEL Instructor provides students with a program of study that teaches High School Equivalency Skills, meets the individual needs, interests and abilities of students, and develops employ-ability skills. This position involves supervising students, planning and developing curriculum, assessing student accomplishments, maintaining records, and implementing various teaching strategies. The instructor is also responsible for following district policies, communicating with staff, and maintaining a Program Recruitment and Retention Plan.
