About The Position
The Part-time Adult Education Instructor/Test Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and providing WIN Career Readiness Credential classes at various Spartanburg County Adult Education locations. This role involves administering required assessments, including the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and the WIN Career Readiness assessments, to students and community partners. The instructor will manage the adult classroom environment, ensuring it is inviting and conducive to learning, while also maintaining accurate records and submitting required data and reports in a timely manner. Additionally, the instructor will participate in professional development activities and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
