About The Position
The Burbank Unified School District is seeking a part-time Program Administrator for the Certified Nursing Assistant program. The ideal candidate must possess an Adult Designated Subjects Career Technical Credential in Health Sciences and Medical, along with a valid RN or LVN license. The position requires knowledge of current nursing practices in both long-term and acute care settings. Candidates must also be eligible for the Designated Subjects Vocational credential, which necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for interacting with young adults and adults. Prior teaching experience is highly desirable, and the ability to teach curriculum related to Nursing Assistant Occupations and various allied occupations is required.
